I love these portraits for many (perhaps obvious) reasons. First of all, Black Hill Regional Park is stunning, and I love it even more in the snow. Enough that I’m even willing to drive through it to get there.
This winter wonderland is the perfect backdrop for this colorful super hero duo. And you can tell they’re superheroes by more than just their colors – notice the short sleeves? They weren’t even cold. I think it has to do with some kind of radioactive body heat, but I didn’t want to ask and blow their cover or anything.
Secondly, Vicki & Misha are a perfect match. Do I even have to say that? I don’t think it gets any clearer than these portraits. These two being together is as rare as kryptonite and as cosmic as fate.
Okay. Now I’ll stop with the puns. (Maybe.)
Can you feel the synergy? It must be more powerful than a locomotive!
(I lied about the puns.)
To make this dynamic duo even more appropriate, they’re pretty cool people even without their secret identities. One is a martial arts teacher and the other works with animals. I can only guess what noble hobbies they have in their spare time.
I want you all to know that I took the picture below from a helicopter. She’s really flying, I swear.
Vicki and Misha Wonder Woman and Green Lantern, thank you for giving me the privilege of seeing you both unmasked! It’s not often I get to meet such a super couple, or one so friendly and fun-loving. As you both fly off into the future together, I am completely confident in your ability to overcome all obstacles and save the day.
